About your character
Name: Eplear Y'ffre
Race: Bosmer (Wood Elf)
Home town: Erden
Age: 43
Jobs: Hunter, Fletcher
Background (Must include about the lore)(Min 100 words):
Eplear Y'ffre was born into a group of nomadic hunters in that also were called upon as mercenaries for their truly amazing skill of bows, stealth, and cunning. At a young age, he began training with the other younglings of the tribe to become hunters just as their parents had done when they were young. The traditions of the tribe were that in order to be accepted, one must become a testament to the three tenants that all of the tribe follow; Might, Will, and Leadership. The Trial of Might involves a month long trek ,that must be taken alone, to a sacred grove where the dead roam, far stronger than they were in life. Eplear arrived at the grove and accomplished what his goal for coming had been, slaying the walking dead and returning to his people with the heads of three. The Trial of Will is completed by surviving constant exposure to a lethal drug that, at the same time, causes the mind to experience true Hell. Eplear failed the trial two years in a row, loosing the Will to live both times and having to be "Revived" by the tribal healers. His third attempt was successful and so he moved on the the third and final Trial, the Trial of Leadership. Eplear and the other younglings, full grown at this point, must rally and lead a group of of outsiders to victory over a rival clan. Eplear achieves victory and acceptance among his tribe. He can now truly be called, Brother.
After several years of life in normality, Eplear and other members of the tribe were called upon by the military, as a cold war fell across the land. Eplear and the others were asked to assassinate key figures in the political realm of the waring empire. They of course agreed as part of there longstanding agreement with the King, and set off to complete the tasks before them. Eplear's target was a regional governor overseeing a bordering province. He was able to eliminate the target with no witnesses and no complications, a perfect kill. Upon returning to the general that assigned the assassination, Eplear was arrested and violently thrown into cell, all the while he was so confused and angry, but he wouldn't kill or even attack the men carrying him away. After talking to a fellow tribesman in an adjacent cell they realized what had happened. There was no cold war, the targets were all peace advocates and heroes in the eyes of many, and the reason they were asked to kill them under false pretenses was so that the tribe would be arrested. The general that asked for the killing was on his last leg in the eyes of his superiors and needed to be a hero to keep his position, so he took advantage of the tribe's lack of outside knowledge and patriotism to make it seem as though he was arresting murderers, which in a way... He was. And sadly it worked, the entire tribe and returning assassins were all captured and sentenced to death for treason and murder. A few escaped, Eplear and the inmate among them, now they wander the lands under false names and lives. Eplear and his people can't meet but once every so often to discus the future of their people, but for now the live on, following the three tenants as they always have and taking work that reflects that. Some are great leaders, some mighty warriors, others willful stewards, but Eplear travelled. From those he passed on the road and spoke with in villages, Eplear learned of the great tragedy that had befallen Skyrim. Eplear journeyed to the ravaged land to help those people, something he still felt called to do. After many weeks, Eplear arrived in Erden, offering what skills he had to the people.
